There was made only 510 Jensen GT's before the factory went Down in 1976.
Jensens only so called shooting-break car, based upon the popular Jensen-Healey, which was the Jensen factory's most popular car when it comes to production numbers.

The Jensen GT is somethimes referred to as a Jensen-Healey GT, thugh this term wasn't used by the company itself.
GT was a practical car, though really a two-seater. the rear seats where erely for young children.

The Jensen GT was powered by the same tilted Lotus twin cam engine as used in the Jensen-Healey, and is well suited to the car, making it a sporty shooting-brake estate car.

Jensen GT is now a rare car, though many are still around needing extensive restoration-work.
Some has been kept in very good standard.

California is the place to seek for one, though some might have sun damaged paint and interior.
